Pearsons GK manual: the bare minimum for CLAT 2010

As I always tell my students, there are few books as good as Pearsons GK manual for static GK. Those of you who have just started preparing for CLAT now, may find the size of the book intimidating. However, you dont need to read the entire book, reading certain chapters will serve your purpose. Use your judgment to know which are the more relevant parts. can anybody please answer this question. if a boy of 17yrs marries a girl of 14yrs such a marriage is??

i am having a doubt in this question as somewhere the answer is given valid but punisable !!

Isn't a void marriage?
