What is the difference between administrative, legislative and judiciary capital?

Legislative Capital-----where the legislature (The National Assembly and the National Council of Provinces) meets to make laws
Administrative capital----where the government and president (who is both Head of State and Head of Government) perform administrative/executive functions
Judicial Capital ---- judicial capital; highest law courts (The Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, and the High Court)
